My name is Charles Wei.  I’ve been diving since October 2006.  I loved diving since the day I started.  It’s amazing to not be connected to a phone, computer, or tv even if it’s for a few hours a week.  I’ve dove in Guam, Palau, Saipan, Yap, Hawaii, Fiji and now Florida.  I can’t imagine not being able to be in the water any time I want.

I’m a PADI certified instructor.  I have worked closely with dive instructors since 2007 as a Divemaster.  I started teaching on Guam in April of 2008.  I taught for 3 Years with Micronesian Divers Association on Guam before having to leave Guam due to work.  I moved to Cape Canaveral Florida in July of 2011.  I continue to teach and dive because of the love I have for the oceans and the excitement of my students after they finish their course. 

My classes can be flexible.  I will do what I can to get you certified.  Does that mean that everyone gets certified?  No.  Diving isn’t for everyone but if you continue to try, I will continue to try to teach you.  I can take you from Open Water to Divemaster.  It’s up to you how far you want to go.  If you want to learn to dive, then I am here to teach you.
